All tng88 transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Where a deposit is made in a currency other than MYR, the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction will apply. Exchange rate fees, if any, are the responsibility of the Player.

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the tng88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to appropriate legal authorities:

Upon account closure, any verified remaining balance — net of any voided bonus amounts and pending investigation holds — will be returned to the Player via the original deposit payment method. tng88 targets a closure balance return processing time of five to ten business days for straightforward closures not subject to investigation.

In the event that liability cannot be excluded by applicable law, tng88's total liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
